Russia consistently advocates broader access to the benefits of peaceful nuclear energy for the States Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and promotes international cooperation in this sphere in compliance with Article IV of the Non-Proliferation Treaty. We believe that there is no alternative to nuclear energy in the world.
