a Russian-American political expert, journalist  working from Washington, D.C.. He is the author of numerous books, articles and essays on politics, history and global security. During his career, he has worked at a number of prominent universities and think-tanks based in Russia and the U.S. He has been published in The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, International Herald Tribune. In late 2012, Zlobin founded the Center on Global Interests, a Washington, D.C.-based center for research and analysis of global affairs particularly focused on U.S.-Russia relations.
