Biography :

A graduate of the Faculty of Law, the Tajik National University (2005-2010). He participated in a seminar on the topic "Compliance with international humanitarian law in staff work" in Dushanbe (2014). Passed course "Law of Armed Conflict", organized by the Partnership for Peace Center of Turkish Armed Forces (2015). Research interests: military and military-technical cooperation in Eurasia in the new international context, the impact of the situation in the Middle East on the security of the CIS countries, the legal foundations of regional security within CSTO and SCO Languages: English and Russian.
