A special issue of the project “Open Collar” with a veteran of Yaderny Kontrol, exclusive interviews and comments by diplomats and experts on the most acute topics from the world of nonproliferation: from the upcoming NPT Review Conference to AUKUS, the Middle East WMDFZ and the Chinese nuclear missile arsenal – these and other topics were touched upon and explored by our authors in the new issue of the electronic journal Yaderny Kontrol.

 Mikhail Ulyanov, Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to International Organizations in Vienna, and Hannah Notte, Senior Researcher at the Vienna Center for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation, commented on the Second Session of the Conference on the Establishment of a Nuclear Non-proliferation zone in the Middle East and its impact on the 2022 NPT Review Conference.

"The main features of the new stage of the global discussion on information and communication technologies are the restoration of consensus, the expansion of the circle of participants, as well as the expectation of a concrete contribution to overcoming cyber threats."
