Maksim is currently a graduate student at King’s College London (United Kingdom), pursuing an MA in International Peace and Security. Former graduate student at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (Singapore), pursuing an MSc in Strategic Studies. In 2021, graduated from the Far Eastern Federal University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Foreign Policy. Member of the Model UN of the Russian Far East delegation to the National Model UN New York 2021. Coordinator of the Youth Session in frames of the NEA Multistakeholder Forum on SDGs annually organized by the UN ESCAP ENEA Office. Author of the scientific article: NuWeapons Programrogram of the DPRK and Iran iContextontext oGlobal Nonproliferation Regimeregime. Speaks English and is currently studying Japanese.
