Issues related to nuclear nonproliferation, disarmament and global security occupy key positions on the international agenda as a whole. That is why it is so important to grow up a new generation of experts who will take over from prominent state and public figures in the field of nonproliferation, disarmament and global security, and continue the work of protecting and ensuring peace and security. Education will help them in this and allow to take a fresh look at such a complex, sensitive and controversial issue
The Education and Training Program of PIR Center is designed to provide high-quality training of qualified specialists, the development of innovative educational methods, as well as the accumulation of knowledge and its transfer from professionals to young experts in the field of nuclear nonproliferation, disarmament, and global security.
Since the beginning of its active educational activity, PIR Center has trained more than 1,000 beginners and practitioners from Russian regional universities, government agencies, research institutes in Russia and other CIS countries.

The training of highly qualified personnel among young specialists in the field of international security will always be one of the key conditions for successfully countering the challenges and threats to global security. The use of the potential of non-profit foreign policy-oriented organizations, promoting cooperation between the public and private sectors, non-governmental research institutes and international organizations will raise the bar for educational activities in the field of nuclear nonproliferation, disarmament, global security, as well as bring new elements and innovative educational methods.
All this will help attract creative talented youth to research and project activities, which will enrich the practice of nonproliferation, disarmament and global security with modern approaches, views and initiatives to ensure conditions for peaceful development.
