Nigel Li is a graduate student at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service pursuing his MA in Eurasian, Russian and Eastern European Studies. In 2023, he completed his undergraduate studies at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), the first Singaporean to do so. His research interests are Russian foreign policy, geopolitical developments in Central Asia, and nuclear arms control.
