In his congratulatory address (in Russian) to PIR Center, commemorating the organization’s 30th Anniversary, Dmitry Feoktistov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Argentina and a PIR Center Advisory Board Member since 2011, shared his feedback on the Security Index Yearbook 2024-2025 Global Edition.

I am confident that the distinctive analytical Security Index Yearbook will be highly popular overseas. It’s gratifying to see that it includes an in-depth analysis of Russia’s relationships with Latin American countries, as well as assessments and prospects for cooperation within BRICS.
