On July 6, 2025, the BRICS countries adopted a declaration that sets the tone for the global agenda. At the center is security: wars, diplomacy, nuclear threats, terrorism, cyberspace, the Middle East, Ukraine, and Africa. Clear positions were voiced – without vagueness. Condemnation of attacks on civilians. A call to reform the UN Security Council. Support for dialogue instead of force. A demand to respect international law and reject double standards.
