Dear readers!

We are pleased to inform that applications of materials to the new section of the Security Index Yearbook, entitled “Letters to the Editor”, are open now.

It is the space for both reflexion and expression of opinions on issues raised in the first volume of the Security Index Yearbook: expert feedback, brief essays, as well as mini-reviews and forecasts.

We invite foreign experts, students, alumni, and anyone interested to share their thoughts with us.

You should send your text in a format of doc / docx document via email inform@pircenter.org.

Volume – from 500 characters (with spaces). Language: Russian and/or English.

Your cover letter should include your full name, affiliation, and your photo (optional).

We urge you to join the dialogue – we are waiting for your fresh ideas and views on burning issues of international security!
