On March 1, 2023, PIR Center will hold an expert seminar on the topic Cyberwarfare and Cyberdiplomacy: Features of Confrontation in the Digital Age. Our invited expert is Oleg Shakirov, PIR Center Consultant, Russian International Affairs Council expert. The event will be held under the auspices of PIR Center Midweek Brainstorming Sessions.
The expert seminar will be held on March 1 (Wednesday) from 17:00 to 18:45 (GMT+3, Moscow time zone) in the format of a video conference (on the Zoom platform).
