Maslin-Fest is a format for meetings of the members of the PIR Community, which allows us to remember Colonel-General Evgeny P. Maslin not only as a talented statesman, a patriot of his country, a reliable colleague, and comrade but also as a lover of poetry, songs, and warm, friendly meetings.
