On April 16, 2026, the 129th Spring Session of the Trialogue Club International will be held in Moscow. Current session of the Club will be devoted to the topic of the future for arms control and the nuclear non‑proliferation regime.
We will start, as always, with introductory remarks by Dr. Vladimir Orlov, Founding Director of PIR Center, Founding President of the Trialogue Club International. The keynote speaker will be Mr. Sergey Ryabkov, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation. The discussion will be moderated by; Gen.-Leut. (ret.) Evgeny Buzhinskiy (Mr.)), Chairman of PIR Center Executive Board, Club’s Co-Chair, Ms. Irina Klimenkova, 1st year Master’s student of the International Security Program (MGIMO University & PIR Center), Winner of the Vyacheslav Trubnikov Grant Competition; Mr. Ilya Subbotin, 1st year Master’s student of the International Security Program (MGIMO University & PIR Center).
