PIR Center will host an open webinar (in English) on June 8, 2022, at 5 p.m. Moscow Time (4 p.m. Central European Summer Time; 3 p.m. British Summer Time, 10 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time), where Russian and foreign experts will discuss the topic “Strategic (In)stability in Europe and Asia: Pathways Towards Risk Reduction and De-escalation.”
Researchers and practitioners from Russia, Western Europe, North America and Asia will deliver their remarks, which will be followed by a discussion and a Q&A session.
