On October 28, 2026 from 16:30 to 18:50, PIR Center will hold an expert seminar titled “On the prospects of creating new security architecture in Europe and Eurasia”. The event will take in a hybrid format at MGIMO and online via Yandex Telemost.
Konstantin Kosachev, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, will be the keynote speaker.
Everyone is cordially invited! The event will be held as part of the academic, educational and cultural MGIMO International Relations Week festival and based on the MGIMO and PIR Center joint International Security Master’s Program. Admission for MGIMO students and staff is upon registration. External guests are also welcome to participate online. Registration is available via the link till October 26.
