Nikita Degtyarev

Expert of the Institute of Contemporary International Studies (ICIS), Russian Diplomatic Academy. Participant of the Doctoral Program in Political Science at the University of Vienna. Received his BA in International Relations from Ural Federal University (2019) and is a graduate of the International Dual Degree MA Program “Global Security, Nuclear Policy, and WMD Nonproliferation” (MGIMO University and the Middlebury Institute of International Studies; 2021).  In 2020-2021, Information & Publications Program Coordinator at PIR Center and editor of Yaderny Kontrol e-journal. Interned at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia representative office in Yekaterinburg. Graduate of PIR Center International School on Global Security (2020).
