Born on August 7, 1984, in Novosibirsk.
Graduated from Novosibirsk State University in 2006 with a degree in History-Oriental Studies with knowledge of the Chinese language.
From 2006 to 2016, he worked for state institutions, including the Division for Non-Proliferation, Peaceful Use of Atomic Energy, and Nuclear Safety at the Department for Security Affairs and Disarmament, Russia’s Foreign Ministry, as well as the Military-Political Group at the Russian Embassy to the US. Regularly participated as an expert in the work of Russian interagency delegations at various specialized multilateral forums.
From 2016 to 2019, he held the position of Head of the Department for Media, Government, and Public Relations at JSC Techsnabexport (TENEX) at the State Corporation “Rosatom”.
From 2019 to 2020, served as Head of the Communications Department at JSC Vega Concern of the State Corporation “Rostec”, responsible, among other things, for promoting the company’s high-tech products at international arms and military equipment exhibitions.
From 2020 to 2025, headed the External Assets Security Center at Promsvyazbank PJSC, the core bank for Russia’s defense industry. He oversaw security for the companies within the banking group, as well as for the financial organization’s foreign representative offices.
In June 2025, he took the lead of Master Tradings LLC, a company specializing in the import of high-tech products into Russia.
