№ 28 (86), 2025. PIR Center invites members of PIR Alumni Community to join Trialogue Club International

July 23, 2025

MOSCOW. JULY 23, 2025. PIR PRESS. «Free exchange platforms such as the Trialogue are particularly important in the current period when arms control is disintegrating, and a polycentric world is taking shape amid armed conflicts involving nuclear powers. The topic of the recent session, U.S.-Russia relations, is particularly relevant to strategic stability. The participating experts engaged in a substantive and detailed conversation», – Mr. Oleg Krivolapov, Head of the Department of Military and Political Research, Institute of the United States of America and Canada of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Alumni of XX PIR Center International School on Global Security.

PIR Center jointly with PIR Press Ltd. and Trialogue Club International invites members of PIR Alumni Community to join the Trialogue meetings. Trialogue Club International (hereinafter referred to as the Club) is a discussion platform for addressing the most pressing issues of international relations. Since its establishment in 1993, 126 sessions have been held, which are traditionally scheduled four times a year. The participants of the Club are mainly representatives of diplomatic and military missions, and international organizations resided in Moscow. The Club’s meetings are held on an invitation-only basis, while its speakers are major Russian experts and high-ranking representatives of the Russian Foreign Ministry. For more information, visit trialogue-club.ru.

In June, PIR Center invited several members of PIR Alumni Community to a Club meeting devoted to Russian-American relations. In the future, PIR Center will plan to continue this initiative by inviting two or three of its alumni from different countries to attend meetings as guests of the Club President. Additionally, we are offering a 20% discount on individual Club membership for all PIR Alumni Community Members (not applicable to the lump-sum entrance fee) with promo code #CPIR-CLUB-26, as well as a 25% discount on individual Club membership for all PIR Alumni Community members under 30 years of age, exempting them from the lump-sum entrance fee with promo code #ALU-CLUB-26*.

Mr. Mahazaka Solofonantenaina

Trialogue brought together leading Russian and American experts on Russian-American relations for a meaningful discussion. Various Russian viewpoints were presented, along with different assessments of the possibility of normalizing relations. The conversations that followed were also diverse and informative

Mr. Pavel Devyatkin (the U.S.) said, Visiting Lecturer of the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs, HSE University, Alumni of XXII PIR Center International School on Global Security

One of the most enriching experiences was the opportunity to participate in the discussion on a contemporary issue in international relations during the Trialogue Club international meeting. This afforded me the privilege of hearing the perspectives on Russian-American relations and broaden my knowledge on the international political landscape, geopolitics and diplomacy from the Russian standpoint

Mr. Mahazaka Solofonantenaina, Head of the Association “Russia-Madagascar Brotherhood”, Alumni of XXII PIR Center International School on Global Security

Some members of PIR Alumni Community have already become full members of the Club and regularly attend its meetings. Among them are Ms. Ayano Suehara, Second Secretary of the Embassy of Japan to Russia, Alumni of XXII PIR Center International School on Global Security, and Mr. Dong Suk Yoo (Republic of Korea), Alumni of dual-degree MA Program Global Security, Nuclear Policy, and WMD Nonproliferation, which had been implemented by PIR Center jointly with MGIMO University and Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey (California, the U.S.).

We invite members of PIR Alumni Community to join the Trialogue Club International. Do not miss out on the exclusive benefits of individual membership, including special discounts and privileges.
