Georgy Toloraya celebrates his 70th birthday

On April 3, Dr. Georgy Toloraya, Doctor of Economics, Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary (retired), Member of Committee established pursuant to resolution 1718 of the UN Security Council, Executive Director of the National Committee on BRICS, Head of Asian Strategy Center at the Institute of Economics RAS, PIR Center Advisory Board Member since 2013, celebrates his anniversary.

Dr. Dmitri Trenin, Research Professor at the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs of the HSE University; Academic Supervisor at the Institute for Global Military Economics and Strategy of the HSE University; Leading Researcher at the Section for Non-Proliferation and Arms Limitation of the Center for International Security at IMEMO RAS; RIAC president (since 2026); Member of PIR Center Executive Board sends his congratulations to Dr. Georgy Toloraya:
