Presentation of the Security Index Yearbook at the II Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security

October 31, 2024, marked the conclusion of the first day of the II Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security. Dr. Vladimir Orlov, Founding Director of PIR Center, is participating in the event as a speaker and moderator for a discussion on “The Enduring Relevance of Hard Security: New Military Factors, Confidence Building, and Security Guarantees in Eurasia.”

At the conference, Dr. Vladimir Orlov also presented the Security Index Yearbook to participants and distributed printed editions to government officials, diplomats, military representatives, and experts from 16 countries, including Belarus, India, Azerbaijan, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Vietnam, China, Cuba, the United States, and more.
