Vadim Kozyulin celebrates his 61st birthday

Today Dr. Vadim Kozyulin, Candidate of Political Sciences, Professor of the Academy of Military Science, Chief Researcher of the Center for Global Studies and International Relations of the ICIS, Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Member of PIR Center Executive Board since 1994, celebrates his 61st birthday.
