The XXIII International School on Global Security received grant support from the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund

MOSCOW. OCTOBER 19, 2023. PIR PRESS. “The PIR Center International School on Global Security has proven to be a prestigious and influential platform, with recognized experts and young professionals participating. The School allows its participants to communicate with peers and experts, exchange experiences, and broaden professional horizons. The program of the School is quite intensive and busy, similarly exciting; the knowledge one gains at the School helps to address better the whole spectrum of global security issues, arms control, nonproliferation, and disarmament”, — Mr. Evgeny Zakharov, Second Secretary at the Non-Proliferation and Arms Control Department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, graduate of the XXII International School on Global Security, Moscow, Russia.

The PIR Center educational project XXIII International School on Global Security received grant support from the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund.

This time, the PIR Center International School received information support from the following colleagues, friends, and partners:

  • Dr. Andrei Ilnitsky, Adviser to the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation;

  • Colonel Aleksandr Vengura, First Deputy Head of the International Military Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus.

The XXIII International School on Global Security will commemorate the 30th Anniversary of PIR Center. The project will be launched in February 2024.

“The XXII International School on Global Security appeared to be a unique platform that gathered and united young minds from Russia and abroad. For one week, the best and most successful representatives from some essential areas worked closely with respected experts, government and public figures, specialists, and professors on a topical agenda. The International School on Global Security is very different from all other similar projects in its format and program aimed at forming a highly qualified expert community capable of generating essential and noteworthy ideas, offering solutions to chronic problems that undermine the fundamental pillars on which global security is based. I am convinced of the importance of the School for the organization to continue constructive work in its noble and responsible cause”, — Mr. Igor Bondar, Deputy Chairman of the NGO Priority, graduate of the XXII International School on Global Security, Kishinev, the Republic of Moldova.
