PIR Center invites its alumni, friends and partners to take part in the PIR Alumni Community annual meeting

MOSCOW. MAY 22, 2023. PIR PRESS. “I would like to express my deep gratitude to PIR Center for an excellent event. This is a good opportunity to meet with graduates of past PIR Center International Schools. Following the results of this year’s school, PIR Alumni Community was again replenished with new participants, experts from different countries. This long-standing tradition of PIR Center’s International Schools needs to be further supported. I believe that the holiday dedicated to the memory of Gen. Evgeny P. PIR Center invites its alumni, friends and partners to take part in the annual meeting of the members of the PIR Alumni Community.

A reception to mark the meeting of alumni, friends and partners of the PIR Center will be held on June 10, 2023, from 20:30 to 23:00 as part of the XXII International School on Global Security. The event, like the School itself, will take place at the Tatyana Provence Hotel (Moscow region, Zvenigorod, Moskovskaya st., 12). Guests of PIR Center will receive a 10% discount on hotel accommodation on the night of June 10-11 (a code word will be provided by the organizers).

The meeting will be held in the MASLIN-FEST format. MASLIN-FEST is a format of meetings for members of the PIR Alumni Community, when the poems, songs and dances of its participants remember their teacher, mentor and senior comrade Evgeny P. Maslin, Colonel General, Head of the 12th Main Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, member of the PIR Center Executive Board. We honor the memory of him as a bright and cheerful person. For the first time, a meeting of the Community members was held in the MASLIN-FEST format on June 25, 2022, as part of the XXI International School on Global Security. Find more here.

We will devote our meeting on June 10 to warm human communication, sincere conversations, an informal discussion of our professional, scientific and creative achievements, common memories of unforgettable dates and events, as well as about older comrades, colleagues and mentors who, having already left us, left their knowledge, experience and wisdom. Dr. Vasily Lata, Lieutenant General (retired), Chief Researcher of the Peter the Great Military Academy of the Strategic Missile Forces, PIR Center Consultant, will address the meeting participants with a welcome speech.

To participate in the PIR Alumni Community meeting you need:

1. Register via the link before June 4th.
2. Leave an application for a creative performance within the MASLIN-FEST (optional).
3. Wait for confirmation from the organizers and information on booking a room at the Tatyana Provence Hotel, taking into account the discount provided to PIR Center guests (if necessary).
