On November 17, 2022, from 16:00 to 18:20, the PIR Center will hold an expert seminar on the topic “The Role of Nuclear Weapons in the Modern Strategic Culture of France and Russian Interests” at MGIMO (76 Vernadsky Ave.). We invite everyone to join the discussion of France’s modern nuclear doctrine, its nuclear program, France’s role in the NPT Review process and its policy in the field of non-proliferation, disarmament, and arms control. During the seminar PIR Center and MGIMO experts will provide their analysis and comments on the topic. The event will be held in partnership with the MGIMO French Club.
