Graduated from the Moscow Engeneering and Physics Institute, program on security, accounting and controls of nuclear materials and nonproliferation. 1999 – intern at the Monterey Institute’s James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS). Worked as a Research Fellow at PIR Center (1999-2002) and the Belfer center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University. Since 2004 supports implementation of multiple nuclear security cooperation programs in Russia and other FSU countries as a consultant in the Moscow office of Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. and as independent consultant since 2013. Member of PIR Center EKS Working Group on International Cooperation in Mass Destruction Weapon Nonproliferation and Physical Nuclear Safety (2012-2015).
