Aleksey Ubeev held senior positions in Rosatom State Corporation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, was engaged in scientific work at the East Siberia State University of Technology, and even participated in the elimination of the consequences of the Chernobyl disaster.
