EDITORIAL: We continue our “Open Collar” meetings, and today our guest is Aleksey Ubeev, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Member of the PIR Center Advisory Board who has had many years of friendship and cooperation with PIR Center. Aleksey Ubeev held senior positions in Rosatom State Corporation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, was engaged in scientific work at the East Siberia State University of Technology, and even participated in the elimination of the consequences of the Chernobyl disaster. Our interlocutor told us about Transbaikal region, fishing in Europe, poetry, the inner struggle between a calm contemplator and a fiery dreamer, and much more.
