The IV Maslin-Fest will take place on July 8, 2026, from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM as part of the XXIV International School on Global Security. The event will serve as the official closing ceremony of the School and will be held at the Tatyana Provence Hotel (12 Moskovskaya St., Zvenigorod). We also invite all registered participants to attend the closing lectures of the School, which will run on July 8 starting from 4:00 PM. Detailed information regarding the School’s program is available via the link.

We will traditionally dedicate our meeting on July 8 to the memory of Colonel General Evgeny Maslin (1937–2022). We will mark this day with heartfelt conversations, sharing memories of our shared professional, academic, and creative achievements, and paying tribute to senior comrades, colleagues, and mentors who, though no longer with us, left behind their knowledge, experience, and a vast professional legacy. Each year, we discover new facets of our colleagues and members of the PIR Alumni Community, as the program traditionally includes creative performances by participants, such as original poems, songs, and live music. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that a dedicated Maslin-Fest section has been launched on the PIR Center website, where the most memorable performances from the event will be published. Any creative initiative from your side is highly welcome. Additionally, a charity auction will be held during the Maslin Fest to support PIR Center’s educational projects. As a reminder, the Evgeny Maslin Memorial Gallery is also available on the PIR Center website.

To participate in the meeting of the PIR Alumni Community, please register via the link by July 7 and purchase a ticket (3,500 RUB). A more comprehensive program of the IV Maslin-Fest will be distributed later. Each alumnus is welcome to purchase a second ticket for their partner, even if they are not a member of the PIR Alumni Community. In this case, payment of 3,500 RUB for the second guest must also be made using the QR code provided below. Please note that members of the PIR Alumni Community receive a special 15% discount on accommodations at the Tatyana Provence Hotel by using the promo code “PIR15”.
